Kim works with the client to come up with a unique design. Then if the project warrents it, she coordinates with an outside programmer to build the site and give it all the functionality the client requires. Sometimes Kim writes search engine optimized copy, designs custom flash applications as well.

• Kim publishes Extraordinary Jobs for Ordinary People, an online newsletter for job seekers in the adventure travel industry.
• Kim writes articles about working in adventurous jobs.
• She is Treasurer of her local Writers Guild, and was a board member and officer of her local Arts Council for seven years.
• Kim is also the editor of The Inkwell, newsletter of the Madison County Writers Guild.
